Our leading product, the Habib™ EndoHPB is a novel endoscopic bipolar radiofrequency (RF) catheter developed for the palliation of malignant biliary obstructions from cholangiocarcinoma or pancreatic adenocarcinoma. This RF catheter can be used by the endoscopist for tumours in the bile duct and head of pancreas. In summary, your role is to design, develop, validate and oversee the manufacturing of new and existing cathether-based medical devices. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating, and administrating all aspects of product design.

Your responsibilities would include:

-Design new products in collaboration with R&D team
-Improve design of current products based on market feedback
-Take products through complete validation processes
-Produce precise manufacturing specs 
-Work with outside suppliers and contract manufacturing partners
-Hold budgets and manage timeline for product development and manufacturing projects
-Optimize costing and manufacturing processes on new and existing products

Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred)
-Minimum 2 years of direct R&D or manufacturing experience in medical products
-Demonstrated project management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer service orientation
-Knowledge of QA systems and regulatory frameworks pertaining to med devices
